Sun dried tomato recipes are just so full of flavor. This ingredient would make any dish appetizing and perfect for any occasion.Sun dried tomato recipes is the theme of the week! With the beginning of fall now is the time to get into fall themed recipes. The past couple weeks I shared 10 Gluten Free Pumpkin Desserts, 10 Fall Apple Desserts, 10 Fall Sweet Potato Recipes, 10 Cauliflower Recipes, and this week the theme is recipes with sun dried tomatoes.
I absolutely adore sun-dried tomatoes. I add them to just about everything. They’re awesome on sandwiches, in salads, as well as on pasta, quinoa, couscous, you name it.
They’re just so full of flavor and instantly transport your dish to the next level. And that oil that they’ve been packed in to is also simply fabulous. It is infused with that rich tomato based flavor and makes for the perfect salad dressing and just a drizzle of it goes a long way when added as a finishing touch to any dish.
Before we get to the round up I’d love to share my favorite sun dried tomato recipes from right here on my blog:::

Hi!
I just found out about your website today and I already saved 3 recipes!
I really like the way you write and that there are no (or anyway not a lot) weird ingredients that I first have to translate and second, are hard to find or third, very expensive. I also like the overview of the ingredients and that you leave the instructions short, clear and simple. At last I also like your recommendations about how you can use the left over ingredients in other meals. As seen in the roast chicken post with mayonaise, never heard of it never made it before, and a little bit above my budget since I just started my life as a freelance illustrator, but I’ll keep it in mind for the day I’ll impress my friends and family with a mayonaise roast chicken! Keep up the good work, kind regards from Holland.
