Another week of Friday Foodie Faves where I share my favorite recipes that I found around the web this past week.
I’ve got a great mix of recipes I’m excited to share with you this week!
This is what I’m dreaming about this week:
Cucumber Avocado Rolls {Vegan, Gluten-Free}
I love all things related to avocado and have my own set of cucumber rolls that I love to make but these seem like a simpler and delicious version as well.
Super Seedy Hemp Protein Bars {Gluten-Free, Vegan, Sugar-Free}
I’ve made my own set of granola bars before and loved them so I want to add in some more granola bar ideas into the mix and can’t wait to throw these together.
Roasted Veggie and Quinoa Bowl and Coconut Peanut Sauce {can be made Gluten-Free, and Vegan with a few substitutions}
This coconut peanut sauce sounds absolutely to die for. Cannot wait to make a huge batch of the sauce and top this roasted veggie and quinoa bowl. With a couple substitutions the recipe can be made both vegan and gluten free so that’s what I’m aiming to do.
Local Style Ahi Poke {can be made Gluten-Free with a substitution}
I love love love tuna tartar but have never tried the traditional Hawaiian ahi poke so it’s about time I give this a whirl.
Golden Beet Soup with Creamy Garlic Cashew Cream {Gluten-Free, Vegan}
I have never cooked with golden beets before but just the wonderful color of them looks so appealing. I love the idea of a roasted garlic cashew cream to give the soup a creamyness while still staying vegan.
Pea Shoot Pesto Bucatini with Seared Sea Scallops {can be made Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free with substitutions}
I’m all about pesto but have yet to try making a pea shoot pesto so that is next on the list (though I will omit the cheese to make it vegan). With gluten free pasta the recipe can be made gluten free and who doesn’t love plump and large seared scallops?
Raw Fruit and Nut Bars with Organic Green Tea {can be made Gluten-Free, Vegan with substitutions}
I love making my own granola bars and used to make green tea cupcakes with matcha powder which gave them just the slightest softest green tea flavor so I would love to try that flavor in a fruit and nut bar too.
Almond Sesame Coleslaw {Gluten-Free, Vegan}
Love a refreshing and summery new take on the traditional mayo loaded coleslaw. And everything is better with a drop or two of sesame oil and sesame seeds if you ask me.
Dairy Free Seafood Risotto {Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free}
I’ve always wanted to make a dairy free risotto without any of the butter and the cheese and this seafood version sounds like a great recipe to start with.
Asparagus Stuffed Eggs {Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free}
I very rarely make deviled eggs but something about these asparagus stuffed ones really caught my attention. Can’t wait to try these!
All photos are from the bloggers themselves, and each title links to the recipe on the blog.

That Golden Beet Soup looks fantastic! I’m always looking for creative new ways to use beets — that might need to make its way into my belly sooner rather than later 🙂
