Once again During my daily time wasting activities you’ll naturally find me glued to the computer screen drooling over delicious food recipes. I mean I just can’t help myself.

Sometimes these recipes literally inspire me to the point where I jump out of my chair and need to cook something asap. It’s completely irrelevant to me what time of day it is or if everyone has just had their fill of lunch/dinner/etc.

I just have to make whatever it is that I saw.

That was the case with these peanut butter wraps. I saw them on pinterest and checked out the recipe on the Food website.

I always think of tortillas for savory sandwich type meals or Mexican themed burritos but why not try something different and put a sweet snack spin on things? Yup not try making some snack wraps such as these peanut butter wraps? Well, an excellent idea, if you ask me.

These apple and peanut butter wraps are super easy to make with only a few ingredients yet perfect for a gluten free treat. Or just skip the yogurt and eggs and start your day with these. I’ll leave it up to you.

You just need to thinly slice an apple, smear peanut butter on a tortilla, add the apples and some granola, wrap everything up nicely and lightly pan fry it, to heat everything up.

Drizzle these vegan granola peanut butter wrap with a bit of melted chocolate chips if you’re feeling particularly bold and currently need some chocolate in your day. Hey, when that 2pm feeling hits, who can blame you? No judgement here!

These would also be perfect for after school snacks for kids. I know I would have loved one of these as a child! Crispy, crunchy and healthy snack wraps for the win!

This sounds amazing! Only one problem… I have yet to find a gluten free tortilla that I can fold up like a burrito without it falling to pieces whether I warm it up first or not.
