Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 pounds salmon
  • 3 tablespoons Smucker's Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup diced jalapeno seeds removed for less spicy
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 lime juiced
Instructions
  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Run Smucker's Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread on top of the salmon.
  2. Broil on high on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through and crisped up.
  3. In a bowl combine strawberries, jalapeno, olive oil, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve salmon topped with strawberry jalapeno salsa.
