Ingredients
  • 1 pound broccoli cut into thin steaks (1/4 - 1/2 inch thick)
  • salt pepper, paprika to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves of the roasted garlic mashed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl combine broccoli with salt, pepper paprika, 1 tablespoon olive oil and crushed garlic.
  3. In a single layer place broccoli on baking sheet with the crushed garlic.
  4. Roasted for 30 minutes, flipping over halfway until charred and browned.
  5. In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce (adding in 2 cloves of the roasted garlic) and mix, until smooth.
  6. Serve broccoli steaks drizzled with tahini sauce and sprinkled with crushed pistachios.
