Ingredients
1cupwalnuts
1/2cupdried apricot
1/4cupgoji berries
1tablespoonlemon juice
4datespits removed and softened in water for 10 mins
1lemonzested
1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonhemp seeds
Instructions
Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften then a bit. Drain the water.
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until almost smooth (not completely).
Pat bars into baking tray and freeze for 10-15 mins.
Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
