Ingredients
  • 4 cups gluten free oats
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons agave
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, almonds, coconut flakes and flour. Mix.
  3. In a small bowl combine peanut butter, coconut oil, agave and coconut milk. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix.
  5. Place mix on parchment lined baking sheets in single layer.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, and keeping an eye on it so it does not burn.
