partially frozen and sliced paper thin

whole head garlic
chopped (about 4 tablespoons)

low sodium gluten free tamari

oyster sauce

brown sugar

crushed red pepper flakes
add 1/4 teaspoon for less spicy version (optional)

lemon juice

Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

Add garlic and cook until just starting to brown 1-2 minutes.

Remove from pan.

Add pork and cook until browned and no longer red.

Add garlic back, tamari, oyster sauce, water, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Cook on high heat until sauce is reduced. Add scallions. Mix.

Serve over rice, sprinkled with scallions, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
