Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil
  • 1.15 pounds Smithfield Marinated Fresh Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin partially frozen and sliced paper thin
  • 1 whole head garlic chopped (about 4 tablespoons)
  • 6 tablespoons low sodium gluten free tamari
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes add 1/4 teaspoon for less spicy version (optional)
  • 1/2 cup scallions optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until just starting to brown 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Add pork and cook until browned and no longer red.
  5. Add garlic back, tamari, oyster sauce, water, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook on high heat until sauce is reduced. Add scallions. Mix.
  7. Serve over rice, sprinkled with scallions, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
