These winter prosecco cocktails are made with sage, pear and ginger for a super chic and fragrant yet easy to make winter themed adult beverage.

  • 3/4 cup grated pear
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • handful sage leaves
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pear sliced, as garnish
  • sage leaves as garnish
  • 2 bottles Voveti Prosecco
  1. In a small pot combine water, grated pear, minced ginger, sage leaves and honey. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture is infused.
  2. Strain the mixture through a sieve and freeze the liquid syrup for a few minutes.
  3. Fill each prosecco glass with a pear slice, sage leaf and 1-3 tablespoons of the syrup. Add a few ice cubes and top up with Voveti Prosecco.
