  • 3 dates chopped into a paste
  • 1/4 cup salted roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • Optional: additional shredded coconut
  1. In a pot combine dates, peanuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds. Mix.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate.
  3. Melt over low heat mixing everything together until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and place pot in the freeze for a few minutes.
  4. Form 6-8 balls from the mix.
  5. Optional - toss balls with additional shredded coconut.
