  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise or regular if you are not vegan
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • salt to taste
