Ingredients
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 scoop Plant Fusion chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl mash bananas with a fork.
  3. Combine peanut butter with coconut milk and maple syrup (optional). Mix and melt in the microwave until warm (20-30 seconds).
  4. Combine peanut butter mixture with bananas. Mix.
  5. Add cacao powder, protein powder, and instant coffee. Mix.
  6. Pour mixture into small oven proof pan, flattening it out.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Wait for brownies to cool before cutting them. Cut into 6 bars.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
