Ingredients
  • 2 and 1/2 cups diced tomatoes 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk optional
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell peper 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • handful cilantro chopped to garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender combine tomatoes, tahini, salt, water, olive oil, sugar almond milk, and bell pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve sprinkled with red pepper flakes and cilantro.
