These vegan peach coconut almond balls are packed full of delicious and healthy ingredients to make for a truly guilt free dessert option.

Ingredients
1cupsliced almondstoasted
1/2cupcoconut flakesunweetened, toasted
1/2cupcoconut flour
1tablepoon chia seed
2tablespoonscacao nibs
1/4cupdried peach halves
1/4cuppeanut butter
1/4cupagave
1cupvegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions
To toast the coconut flakes, preheat the oven to 350 degrees C and place flakes on aluminum lined baking sheet in single layer. Toast for 10-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Process almonds in food processer until broken down into clumps, remove and set aside.
Process coconut flakes in a food processor until butter forms.
Add coconut flour, chia seeds, cacao nibs and dried peaches. Process until mixture is broken down and clings together. Add almonds, peanut butter and agave. Process until mixture sticks together.
In a small pot melt chocolate chips over low heat and add mixture to the pot. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Form balls with your hands.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes and refrigerate to store.
