  • 1 head romaine lettuce sliced
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • handful dill chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1/2 cup gluten free croutons
  1. In a large bowl combine romaine, chicken, red onion, and dill. Add salt/pepper to taste.
  2. In a small bowl combine mayo and sriracha until smooth.
  3. Top salad with dressing and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle with croutons on top.
