Ingredients
  • 1 date pit removed
  • 1 fig
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup walnuts chopped for serving
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine fig, date chia seeds and pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve garnished with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon
