Prosecco Mimosa with Clementines and Lime

Instead of the standard orange juice mimosas make a clementine and lime prosecco mimosa instead. The tartness of the lime and light sweetness of the clementine doesn't overpower the gently and bubbly beverage and makes for a perfect starter cocktail.

  • 2 tablespoons clementine juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 lime zested and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 clementine zested and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup chilled Voveti Prosecco
  • optional: ice
  1. Split clementine and lime juice between two prosecco glasses.
  2. Add in equal amount of clemetine and lime slices to each glass
  3. Pour 1/2 cup Voveti Prosecco in each glass and sprinkle with clemetine and lime zest.
  4. Serve cold with ice (optional)
