Peanut butter wraps make for a perfect quick breakfast or light gluten free snack. You've got the crunch from the granola, the fruity apple crispiness and the creamy peanut butter to blend it all together. Lightly grill them for that extra burst of flavors.

  • 1 to rtilla use corn tortillas for gluten free version
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 apple thinly sliced
  • handful granola use gluten free granola for gluten free version
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • a few dark chocolate chips
  1. Spread peanut butter in the center of the tortilla and top with apple slices and granola.
  2. Wrap up like a burrito.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat in a pan and lightly cook snack wrap on each side until browned.
  4. Optional: Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the wraps
