Soft and creamy Reese's Chocolate Chip Cookies perfect as an afternoon treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups and 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese's mini cups about 15 of them, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar on medium speed until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat until just combined.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder, beating on low until combined.
  5. Add chopped reeses and chocolate chips, folding them into the cookie dough.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a medium scoop form the dough balls and flatten them out with your hand.
  7. Bake for 8 minute. Refrigerate or freeze remaining dough.
