Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 whole tomatoes choppped
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt/pepper to taste
To Garnish:
  • 1/2 whole cucumber finely diced
  • 1 whole green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp red onions diced
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Serve topped with garnish ingredients.
