  • 1 tsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 whole eggs
  1. Heat pan over medium heat. 

  2. Add oil. 

  3. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are set - 2-3 minutes. Optional: break the yolk with the spatula or a knife, if you prefer the yolk to be broken up and incorporated into the white. 

  4. Flip the eggs over. Allow to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the yolk is fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
