Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 branzini fish scaled and gutted, head cut off,
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 410 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl combine hot paprika, smoked paprika, lemon peel seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix.
  3. Make 4 diagonal slits on both sides of the fish.
  4. Rub olive oil over the fish inside and out.
  5. Rub seasoning on the fish, making sure to rub it inside the slits.
  6. Stuff garlic into the slits.
  7. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place half the lemon slices on the foil,
  8. Place fish on top of the lemon slices and place remaining slices inside fish and on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, broiling on high for the last few minutes if you want the top browned.
