A super simple low carb appetizer or light lunch. Skip the starchy wraps and use Boards Head Smokedmaster Ham as the foundation for these light ham roll ups  made with pesto, cucumbers, avocados and alfalfa sprouts.

  • 1/2 pound Boars Head SmokeMasterâ„¢ Black Forest Ham
  • 3 tablespoons vegan basil pesto
  • 1 small cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1 ounce alfalfa sprouts chopped
  1. In a bowl combine pesto, cucumber, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Mix until combined.
  2. Place two slices of ham on top of eachother in front of you. Add a couple dollops of the avocado pesto mix onto the ham and roll up. Cut in half.
  3. Repeat with remaining ham and avocado pesto mix.
