Vegan chocolate clusters come together in literally minutes. Whip up toasted coconut with dates into the food processor into a smooth paste before adding cashew butter, cacao powder and coconut oil. Rich, nutty and chocolaty.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 6 dates pit removed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Optional: crushed pistachios and goji berries for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Pulse toasted coconut flakes and dates in food processor until smooth paste forms.
  2. Add cashew butter, cacao powder and coconut oil. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Form 6 clusters from the mix and freeze for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and goji berries for a festive red and green holiday treat.
