Now that fall is coming our way bring on the pumpkin recipes. This chocolatey nutty pumpkin spread sounds like the perfect way to bring in the changing of the seasons.

Buffalo Chicken Dip {Gluten-Free}

I have been craving buffalo wings lately (after being away from the US for a full year) and this dip version instead sounds cheesey and irresistible. Not a dish to eat every day but occasionally.

Fiery Chili Chicken Burgers with Lemon Mint Yogurt Sauce

Got to get that final summer grilling in before the fall cooler weather is upon us! Love the Thai flavors in these chicken burgers! Will try making these gluten free with GF bread, and dairy-free by using coconut yogurt instead of regular.

Sticky Salmon with Chili Lime Noodles {Dairy-Free}

I love an Asian themed salmon recipe and this is just that. Will make this gluten-free by using GF tamari instead of soy sauce.

Bang Bang Chicken Salad  {Dairy-Free}

A simple yet full of flavor chicken salad – love the Asian flavors in the dressing. Will try making this gluten-free by using GF tamari instead of soy sauce.

Chocolate Hazelnut Macaron Squares  {Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free}

Love the mix of chocolate, nuts and dried fruit in these light and fluffy bars.

Microwave Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce  {Vegan}

Never would have guessed you could make a vegan nacho cheese sauce but I am intrigued. I have yet to cook with nutritional yeast but am very curious to see how this recipe turns out.

One Pot Asian Pasta  {Dairy-Free}

I have been fascinated by the one pot pasta meals and especially this one since it takes on an Asian flair. Cannot wait to try making this. Literally you throw the ingredients in a pot and it all cooks together — brilliant for a quick family dinner.

Plantain Chips {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

I am seriously obsessed with plaintain chips and find them to be seriously addictive. Naturally I need to start making my own (healthier) baked ones at home.

Date and Cashew Fudge   {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

Love this fudge recipe which is made with a mix of dried fruit, nuts, cocoa and coconut oil. YUM.
