This week’s theme is Gluten-Free and Vegan Brown Rice Recipes! All of these flavorful and interesting recipes are from my fellow lovely food bloggers.

We’re switching things up a bit here. Instead of the usual Friday Foodie Faves where I share my 10 favorite recipe finds from fellow food bloggers, now I’m switched over to themed posts.

With the beginning of fall now is the time to get into fall themed recipes. The past couple weeks I shared 10 Gluten Free Pumpkin Desserts, 10 Fall Apple Desserts, 10 Fall Sweet Potato Recipes, 10 Cauliflower Recipes,  and this week the theme is gluten-free and vegan brown rice recipes. 

These vegan brown rice recipes are very interesting as each recipe uses different flavors and ingredients for a great mix of flavors.

I’ve recently been experimenting with brown rice, which I just the other month fell in love with, so stay tuned for lots more vegan brown rice recipes coming your way but for now I’ve got a great list here from fellow food bloggers around the web.

Brown Rice Salad with Dill {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

This vegan brown rice salad is made will green beans, mushrooms, lima beans, onions, dill and a herb loaded made from scratch dressing.

Brown Rice Salad with Miso and Sprouts {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

I love that this salad is made with beets and radishes – two veggies that hit close to my Russian roots and that you don’t always see in recipes too often. I have some miso that is desperately waiting to be used in this dressing!

Deconstructed Falafel Salad {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

I love falafel and recently had some from the Maoz chain in New York, but we all know those fried veggie nuggets are not exactly good for you. For the same mix of flavors make these deconstructed bowls instead.

Pine Nut Pilaf {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

A rice pilaf made with brown rice, pine nuts, parsley, shallots and garlic. Simplicity is all you need for the flavors to really shine.

Ok I love a good glass of prosecco but in your risotto?! I need to try this out! This recipe includes a mysterious herb called lovage that I have never heard of but clearly need to get my hands on.

Brown Rice Pilaf with Roasted Broccoli and Toasted Almonds {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

I absolutely adore roasted broccoli so I know this simple brown rice pilaf will be truly delicious. Then throw some crunchy almonds into the mix and this dish is perfect.
