10 Gluten Free Fall Dessert with Pumpkin Recipes
We’re switching things up a bit here. Instead of the usual Friday Foodie Faves where I share my 10 favorite recipe finds from the web, now I’m switched over to themed posts.

With the beginning of fall now is the time to get into pumpkin cooking season. To start that off; this week I’m sharing some of my new favorite gluten free fall dessert recipes.

What’s your favorite gluten free fall dessert recipe? Please share in the comments below!

Pumpkin Creme Bars {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

These three layer bars sound absolutely delicious. From the nutty crust to the smooth pumpkin layer to the chocolaty icing these sound like that have a little bit of everything.

Healthy Pecan Pumpkin Cheesecake Square {Gluten-free}

Um yes to cheesecake anything, especially when you throw pumpkin into the mix and make these into three layer bars. I plan to try making these vegan with a cashew “cheese” in place of regular cream cheese!

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cookies {Gluten-Free}

Can’t say I’ve ever tried pumpkin cookies before but I can only image how good these soft pillows of deliciousness could taste!

Flour-less Pumpkin Pie Muffins {Gluten-Free}

No flour, oil or refined sugar in these muffins – yea please!

Pumpkin Chocolate Granola Bars  {Gluten-Free}

Adding pumpkin to granola bars to make them fall themed sounds like a great addition.

Pumpkin Almond Butter Cookier Bars  {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

Make your pumpkin cookies in the shape of a bar in this both vegan (using a flax egg) and gluten-free dessert option. Sounds perfect to take with you on the go too.

Dairy-Free Pumpkin Panna Cotta  {Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free}

Panna cotta is absoutely one of my all time favorite desserts but I have never tried to make a dairy free version. Cannot wait to try this coconut milk based panna cotta with the addition of pumpkin flavor too!

Maple Pumpkin Pie Oat Bites  {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

These little balls of pumpkin, oat and almond flavors sound irresistible. And there’s a good amount of flax and pumpkin seeds to make these even more nutritious!

Creamy Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream {Gluten-Free}

Wow who even knew you could make a pumpkin pie ice cream? Summer might be over, but there’s no need to bid farewell to ice cream. This fall flavored cold treat sounds perfect (especially when served over a hot baked pumpkin pie dessert)

Maple Pumpkin Granola   {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

I’ve been on a serious granola kick lately and now that it’s fall I need to theme my granola accordingly. A bit of pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds and a mix of fall spices sounds perfect.
