We’re switching things up a bit here. Instead of the usual Friday Foodie Faves where I share my 10 favorite recipe finds from fellow food bloggers, now I’m switched over to themed posts.

With the beginning of fall now is the time to get into fall themed recipes. The past couple weeks I shared 10 Gluten Free Pumpkin Desserts, 10 Fall Apple Desserts, 10 Fall Sweet Potato Recipes, 10 Cauliflower Recipes,  and this week the theme is rice ramen noodle soup recipes! 

I absolutely love ramen noodle soup. Something about it. It is just so hearty and comforting. Simply the definition of comfort food for me.

The intense deep flavor of the broth just gets me every time. And that roasted pork on top. Oh my.

And then all the additional add ins. I cannot help myself. Ramen is quickly becoming my all time favorite soup.

For a bit of variety I have found 10 rice ramen noodle soup recipes from fellow food bloggers around the web. All of these are a little bit different with each of them having their own spin or twist on this traditional Japanese soup.

I cannot wait to start experimenting with all of these.

Asian Pulled Pork and Crab Ramen Soup with Soft Boiled Egg {Dairy-Free}

A twist on traditional ramen with pulled pork, crab meat, red curry paste and bamboo shoots. Love the creative additions.

Spicy Tofu and Prawn Ramen

A seafood stock base is used for this ramen which is topped with shrimp, shiitakes, tofu and eggs. Delicioius!

Spicy Bok Choy Ramen with Pork {Dairy-Free}

No need to spend lots of time getting that pork ready. This version is made with pancetta or bacon. Love the bok choy in this recipe too!

Kimchi Ramen {Dairy-Free}

Throw in a bit of Korean twist to standard ramen with the addition of kimchi!

Miso Ramen with Chili Tofu {Dairy-Free, can be Vegetarian}

A new take on ramen with both red curry paste and coconut milk! These noodle bowls are packed full of veggies with shrimp as the added protein. YUM!

Pork Belly Ramen Noodle Bowl {Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Paleo}

Simply amazed by this recipe that used spiralized parsnips instead of the traditional ramen noodles. To that add portabella mushrooms, purple cabbage, cilantro, and mushroom broth and pork belly for the ultimate paleo meal.

Tonkotsu Ramen {Dairy-Free}

The ultimate ramen noodle soup with everything made from scratch. This might be time consuming but seems like an incredible recipe that will blow your mind!
